Job Description:
What You'll Do

  • Works on a wide variety of complex support assignments of large scope, high impact, and complexity, coupled with a deep and broad understanding of the operational environment. Applies a variety of complex support methods/skills with significant autonomy to develop responsive, effective customized solutions. Works on complex and high impact
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You'll Do It

  • Ensures matters pending responses are completed with in a timely manner.
  • Provides first pass handling of leaders emails and voicemails. Arranges meetings, schedules appointments, and follow-ups. Ensures the accuracy and effectiveness of leaders' calendars.
  • Arranges and coordinates meetings, appointments, lunches, dinners, and parties. Partners with other assistants to coordinate multiple executives' calendars. Ensure materials are available and printed in advance of meetings.
  • Coordinates and schedules travel arrangements. Coordinates internal moves and office reconfigurations.
  • Tracks and enters time and attendance. Participates in orienting and training new team members.
  • Maintain business files. Answers telephone calls, takes messages, and forwards information to appropriate personnel. Screens and redirects calls to management and staff.
  • Communicates with management to convey information, collect data and coordinate administrative details.
  • Prepares correspondence including forms, tables, proposals, and reports. Opens, sorts, and distribute mail. Send outgoing mail. Distributes requests for information, track progress, and follow up.


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Minimum HS Diploma or GED
  • 6+ years of Clerical, Administrative or Related Experience

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $32.55 to $45.36. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
