We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support.

This position reports to the President and provides senior executive support to the President, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Human Resources. The role is based on-site at our San Jose, CA headquarters.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Expertly manage and optimize complex calendars - coordinate all aspects of the President, CFO, and VP of HR schedules, including high volume of complex domestic and international travel arrangements; understand the executive’s needs and work to meet them.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the President, CFO, and VP of HR, handling all communications with precision and professionalism.

  • Lead the organization and coordination of executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action item follow-up.

  • Drive the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.

  • Partner with other executive assistants to provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Selected candidate will possess the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in working effectively within a team of administrative professionals.

  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an integral part of a high-performing team.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly preferred.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in an executive assistant role, with proven success in supporting C-level executives.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel domestically/internationally <10%

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
