About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual for a Sr. Executive Assistant II who will provide advanced and confidential executive level administrative support. The nature of the position will involve high level contacts and exposure to confidential material necessitating the use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.  Duties include project support, analysis, research, correspondence, and meeting and travel coordination. This role will interact with all layers of the organization ensuring that the vision of the Executive Team is carried out throughout the entire corporate structure. The candidate must have proven skills in prioritizing and multitasking, as well as the ability to remain poised and focused in a fast-paced working environment. 
 
What the Candidate Will Do 

  • Handle telephone calls, messages, correspondence, diplomatically, efficiently and effectively
  • Anticipate and prepare materials required for conferences, appointments, and meetings
  • Maintain multiple calendars, schedule meetings and resolve calendar conflicts
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Flexibility and willingness to perform varying duties depending on the shifting needs of the company and its staff members
  • Provide project support for executive level projects and initiatives to include research, analysis, problem solving, and presentation creation
  • Interact and collaborate regularly with the Executive and senior leadership team to plan coordinate, and review materials related to business administration
  • Collect and analyze information and use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues in support of assigned executive level project
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Develop new processes/procedures and identify improvements in existing processes/procedures

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience
  • Experience working with c-level executives 
  • Experience with G-suite and Microsoft  

 Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience with Concur
  • 8+ years working as an administrative assistant; 3+ years’ experience supporting an Executive Level Manager
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills with all MS Office suite products
  • Experience with project support, and process management
  • Experience interacting professionally, and with confidence, with Executives and Officers

Employees working more than 30 hours in the US at Uber Freight are eligible for benefits like a company sponsored health plan, dental and vision benefits, 401k match, financial and mental wellness benefits, parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance and more.  US based employees may also be eligible for a performance or sales incentive bonus program, participation in Uber Freight equity awards, and other types of compensation depending upon the role.

The salary range for this role is $123,000 to $150,000 a year.
