Job Description
•Pre- screening and application pre-processing of Unsecured Loan Application Form.
•Ensure completeness of information and documentations.
•Perform income calculation of applicants.
•Perform risk ranking according to relevant guidelines and escalate the applications for on-boarding approval.
•Perform coding on relevant fields in application form.
•Application reconciliation and batching.
•Return incomplete application forms to respective channels for further action.
•Perform verification of applications against submission listing.
•Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met and comply with bank’s policy, process, and compliance guidelines.
•Prepare MIS and assist in other activities assigned by Team Leader or Unit Head.
•Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by Team Leader or Unit Head.
