Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptionally skilled and highly experienced Executive Administrator with experience in Program and Project Management. This role will support the Co-CEO of Solidigm and a small team of dedicated Corp / Biz Dev resources. This role is integral to executive effectiveness, serving as a trusted partner who drives operational excellence, manages complex cross-functional initiatives, and represents the office of senior leadership with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and executive presence.
The ideal candidate is a senior-level strategic partner who independently anticipates needs, influences outcomes, and operates with full ownership, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail. This individual is recognized across the organization as a subject matter expert in executive operations and, ideally, has managed enterprise wide small scale projects, has experience or training in project planning and exceptional business writing.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Calendar Management
- Manage highly complex, dynamic, and competing calendars for CoCEO with complex travel and external facing business meetings.
- Independently develop and coordinate agendas, briefing materials, and logistics for executive meetings, board engagements, customer meetings, and leadership forums
- Act as a senior strategic partner in optimizing executive time, bandwidth, and overall meeting effectiveness at the highest organizational levels
- Anticipate and resolve calendar conflicts and competing priorities with minimal direction
Travel & Expense Management
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including multi-leg itinerary planning, visa coordination, and contingency planning
- Prepare and submit accurate, timely, and policy-compliant expense reports; serve as a resource for team members on expense best practices
- Proactively manage travel logistics to ensure executive readiness and minimize disruption
Event & Meeting Coordination
- Independently plan, manage, and execute large-scale departmental, organizational, and executive-level events including global offsites, board meetings, leadership summits, conferences, and recognition programs
- Oversee end-to-end logistics: scheduling, venue selection, vendor management, budget oversight, materials preparation, and onsite/virtual execution
- Set quality standards for event planning across the administrative team and serve as a go-to resource for best practices
Administrative Operations & Process Management
- Maintain and continuously improve organizational artifacts including org charts, distribution lists, operational playbooks, and internal documentation
- Design, implement, and own administrative procedures that drive efficiency and scalability across the organization
- Lead process improvement initiatives and serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise tools including finance, purchasing, and operations systems
- Manage divisional logistics including supplies, purchasing coordination, and operational needs with full autonomy
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Interface with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including C-suite executives, board members, customers, and high-profile external partners
- Compose, review, and distribute executive-level communications on behalf of senior leaders with accuracy, tone, and strategic intent

Project & Program Support
- Independently lead cross-functional projects, managing scope, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation
- Prepare and present executive-level reports, synthesize data, and provide actionable insights to support senior leadership decision-making
- Proactively identify organizational risks and drive solutions that support the achievement of business goals
- Serve as a program manager for recurring executive rhythms, leadership operating cadences, and business reviews
Team Collaboration & Leadership Support
- Serve as a senior anchor and informal leader of the administrative network, driving alignment, consistency, and excellence across the team
- Actively mentor, coach, and develop administrative team members at all levels
- Champion strong administrative practices and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture
- Manage strategic project work and meaningful development opportunities for the admin team
- 10+ years of proven experience supporting C-suite or SVP-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment
