  1. Identify Business Opportunities, by :
  • Better understanding of territory potential in active market coverage. 
  • Identifying suspects and prospects by business industries.
  • Optimizing coverage of territory assigned.

 

  1. Sell and Market products, by :
  • Identifying every prospective customer in territory assigned.
  • Clearly understanding customer’s requirement in order to propose document solution that meets their requirement.
  • Developing relationship with existing customers and non-users to build business opportunities.
  • Possessing IT knowledge for effectiveness in selling digital solutions.
  • Possessing knowledge of competitive products, their strengths, weakness and position in the market place.
  • Servicing all existing user accounts by paying periodic visits and to also identify upgrade opportunities.
  • Achieving set sales activities target i.e. F:F, demo, and etc.

 

  1. Prepare report, by :
  • Maintaining and updating customers records and information in SFDC (or any alternative system) covering updated customer information in database on a daily basis
  • Compiling information for the required reports i.e. PP management / monthly narratives / daily planner / weekly outlook updating sales activity management diary and any other ad hoc reports updates required by DSM.
  • Completion of WIN/LOSE tracking form for both understanding of competitors TPA offers.

 

  1. Maintains/advances product, selling & IT knowledge/skill, by :
  • Attending, learning and applying knowledge acquired from attending product training and sales workshop.
  • Reading product information/write-up.
  • Reviewing professional publication.
  • Reviewing competitor’s product brochures and information leaflets.
  1. Comply to APO/CEA Sales Management Policies and Regulations
  • Complying with rules and proceeding with fair transactions.
  • Introducing and promoting the Products to customers.
  • Investigating and assessing customers’ financial credibility via Credit Department and following its direction.
  • Agreeing terms and conditions of the Products with customers.
  • Shipping and delivering the Products to customers.
  • Having accountability for collection if payment and fees from the customers.
  • Being a primary contact point in communication with customers and keeping customer/MIF information up to date. Managing assets in case of any transaction which utilizes company assets.
  • Processing modification and termination of transactions with customers.
  1. Other administrative matters, by :
  • Attending meetings i.e. sum-up / district meetings / accounts review / product review product launches and or any other Ad Hoc meeting as required or instructed by DSM.

Performance Measurements

  • Annual and Quarterly Target as set in pay-plan and product direction.
  • Sales activity target as set by DSM/SOM
  • Achievement of objectives setting as per PART II (Performance Appraisal)

Skills Required

  • Proven sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of IT and digital solutions to support selling
  • Proficiency with SFDC (Salesforce) or alternative CRM and daily record updates
  • Ability to identify prospects, optimize territory coverage, and develop pipelines
  • Customer relationship management and account servicing, including visits and upsell identification
  • Ability to prepare and compile sales reports, trackers, and WIN/LOSE tracking
  • Knowledge of competitor products, market positioning, strengths and weaknesses
  • Ability to comply with sales management policies, assess customer credit direction, and manage collections/transaction processes
