About the Role

The Senior Events Program Specialist will be an integral part of the Event Marketing function within the Corporate Marketing team at Arctic Wolf. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape Arctic Wolf’s Corporate Event experiences while supporting events under the functional umbrella that facilitate learning, fuel pipeline growth and leave a lasting impression with our target audiences.  You will be responsible for orchestrating world-class corporate events—from concept to execution— while also supporting initiatives led by the Events Team, ranging from branded events to sponsored events to internal events.

Responsibilities

  • Create, plan and execute best-in-class events that articulate the Arctic Wolf story, impact the sales pipeline, and directly contribute to Arctic Wolf’s financial success. Events could include but not limited to President’s Club, Alpha Dog incentive trip, and others (virtual and in-person).

  • Manage all event logistics including staffing, vendor management, and contract negotiation and ensure that planned events are executed within budget.

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the EBC, and the planning and execution of in-person, hybrid and virtual events and experiences hosted by and for our internal executives, external executives, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Work cross functionally with and report to our Arctic Wolf Leadership, the larger marketing org, IT, Finance, Accounting, Sales and the tech teams to ensure alignment on event goals and KPIs are being met.

  • Highlight our brand, culture, solutions, use-cases, executive team, and array of offerings through immersive and interactive environments.

  • Gain a deep understanding of Arctic Wolf’s business and marketing needs to deliver content and event recommendations that engage and inspire and deliver high ROI.

  • Develop and own company-wide resources as it relates to successful event planning, including playbooks, best practices, and how-to documents to support and enable company-wide events.

  • Oversee creation of event communications and promotion for event programs, in partnership with demand center and sales enablement to drive adoption and engagement.

  • Uplevel Arctic Wolf’s Social strategy to drive brand value and event awareness/participation.

  • Monitor event performance and report on key metrics of all event efforts and propose strategies to evolve and improve them.

  • Step in to support the broader Events Team goals and objectives by assisting with corporate trade shows and other ancillary events.

  • Own and manage multiple projects and events simultaneously, ensuring clear and proactive communication to meet deadlines.

  • Must be able to handle the pressure of an extremely fast paced environment inclusive of tight deadlines and turnaround times. Able to solve problems, juggle, and keep a cool head in the sometimes-chaotic world of events.

Who You Are

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to measure effectiveness of programs and extract actionable insights (experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau with the ability to learn new software quickly a plus)

  • Highly collaborative and able to manage various leveled stakeholders while building positive business relationships

  • Creative thinker, who can pivot goals/objectives into well-formulated experiences that differentiate our events

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to measure effectiveness of programs and extract actionable insights (experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau with the ability to learn new software quickly a plus)

  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills

  • Ability to initiate tasks and work independently with sharp attention to detail

  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 35%, including some weekends

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of overall event and social marketing experience

  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation and sales processes

  • Understanding of marketing/sales funnel and methods by which to increase opportunities and impact pipeline velocity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
