About the Role
We are seeking a Senior EUC Engineer to design, manage, and continuously improve our end-user computing environment across our support office and retail network.
Based on site in Rowville, you will support local business teams while contributing across the broader Asia Pacific region. This role focuses on platform management, automation, patching, lifecycle governance, and technical escalations within a large enterprise environment. Participation in a 24/7 on-call roster is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage application packaging and deployment tools, as well as Golden Images, across multiple platforms including SOTI, SCCM, BigFix, and Intune.
- Oversee patching cycles, security baselines, and fleet-wide update compliance
- Test and validate hardware, driver packs, BIOS updates, and manage lifecycle planning
- Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell scripting, backend tools, and self-service solutions.
- Build reporting dashboards and analyse device performance trends
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to improve fleet stability
