We give you a world of potential

We're looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion ERP Specialist to join our Oracle Cloud Technology team and help shape the future of our global Oracle ERP platform.

This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a complex, enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion environment, partnering with Finance leaders, Global Process Owners, and technology teams to deliver business-critical capabilities that support our organisation worldwide.

As a recognised functional expert within your area of specialism, you will have the opportunity to influence platform direction, guide strategic decision-making, and lead the design and delivery of solutions that drive business value, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

We are building a team of ERP specialists with expertise across different Oracle Financials and Procurement domains. Depending on your background, you may specialise in areas such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany Accounting, Procurement, or Financial Control.

Working as part of the Oracle Cloud Technology Team within the Shared Services CIO function, you will collaborate with specialists across ERP, HCM, EPM, Reporting & Analytics, Cloud Operations, and Change Delivery to deliver innovative, scalable, and well-governed solutions that support our global business.

A role you will love
As one of our lead Oracle ERP functional specialists, you will be recognised as a trusted subject matter expert within your area of expertise, providing functional leadership across the design, configuration, testing, support, and continuous evolution of our Oracle Fusion ERP platform.

This is a hands-on role that combines functional leadership with practical solution delivery. You will work directly within Oracle Fusion to configure, optimise, and enhance solutions, while also influencing platform strategy, shaping design decisions, and supporting business-critical transformation initiatives.

Working closely with the ERP Platform Owner, Finance stakeholders, project teams, and external partners, you will lead impact assessments for business change, regulatory requirements, Oracle quarterly releases, and strategic programmes. You will translate business requirements into scalable, supportable, and secure solutions, remaining actively involved from design and configuration through testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

You will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, helping shape platform roadmaps, improve business processes, and ensure solutions continue to deliver value as organisational needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and optimise Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
  • Provide functional leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle, from discovery and design through build, testing, deployment, and service transition.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping shape solution options and guide decision-making.
  • Lead workshops and collaborate with Finance stakeholders, Global Process Owners, delivery teams, and third-party partners.
  • Develop solution designs and translate business requirements into practical Oracle Fusion configurations.
  • Configure and maintain accounting rules, approvals, workflows, reference data, enterprise structures, and functional setup as required.
  • Assess risks, impacts, dependencies, and delivery considerations, providing recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Support roadmap planning, helping prioritise investment and shape the future direction of the platform.
  • Assure the quality of work delivered by internal teams, systems integrators, and specialist vendors.
  • Define and support system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Lead root cause analysis for complex incidents and act as an escalation point for functional issues.
  • Support Oracle quarterly release assessments, testing, and adoption of new functionality.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, audit, governance, segregation of duties, and internal control requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance platform capability, user experience, and operational efficiency.

What will you bring to the role?
You will have extensive hands-on experience delivering, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.

You will be comfortable working directly within Oracle Fusion to design, configure, test, troubleshoot, and optimise solutions while also engaging confidently with senior stakeholders and business leaders.

You will bring a strong understanding of finance operations, accounting principles, internal controls, audit requirements, and financial reporting processes, together with experience delivering both business-as-usual enhancements and strategic project initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, and decision-support skills are essential, alongside proven experience working with and assuring the quality of third-party vendors and systems integrators.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Oracle Fusion ERP Financials expertise across one or more core modules, including General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany Accounting, Tax, Procurement, or Financial Control.
  • Proven hands-on Oracle Fusion configuration experience.
  • Functional analysis, solution design, configuration, testing & deployment.
  • Experience configuring workflows, approvals, accounting rules, enterprise structures, and reference data.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and governance requirements.
  • Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience supporting Oracle quarterly releases and managing functional change.

This is an opportunity to join a forward-looking Oracle Cloud technology team where you can make a genuine impact, influence platform strategy, and help shape the future of Finance technology. If you are passionate about Oracle Fusion, enjoy solving complex business challenges, and want to combine strategic influence with hands-on delivery, we'd love to hear from you.
