This role requires travel between our corporate hubs in Perth, Melbourne, and Brisbane, as well as visits to additional corporate and remote sites to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full ERP program lifecycle, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Define program vision and coordinate multiple workstreams with strong governance, planning, and prioritization.
- Engage executive sponsors, business units, TDD teams, and external vendors to maintain alignment and transparency.
- Oversee governance forums, risk management, documentation, and reporting for executive leadership.
- Drive key delivery activities including testing, training, data migration, integration, and cutover execution.
- Ensure change management, user adoption, and clear communication across all organizational levels.
- Apply lessons learned from global deployments and influence solution design through Design Authority participation.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep expertise in large-scale ERP program delivery, ideally including Dynamics 365.
- Advanced planning, scheduling, governance, and reporting capabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across all levels.
- Strategic decision-making, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional leadership.
- Robust understanding of business processes, operating models, and technical constraints.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent formal project/program management certification.
