What You'll Do

- Sage Intacct System Management: Manage and maintain our Sage Intacct ERP system, including configuration, customization, and optimization to support finance and accounting operations.
- FP&A Support: Collaborate with the FP&A team to develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes within the ERP system, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functionalities.
- Accounting Oversight: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the ERP system, overseeing accounting processes such as general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- System Integration: Serve as a liaison between the Finance and IT departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure effective integration of the ERP system with other business systems and applications. Work closely with technical teams to coordinate integration efforts.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ERP system, working closely with stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Training and Support: Provide Sage Intacct training and support to Finance and Accounting teams on the effective use of the ERP system, including troubleshooting issues and addressing user inquiries.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls within the ERP system, implementing appropriate security measures to safeguard financial data and mitigate risks.

Who You Are
- ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge and implementation experience with Sage Intacct ERP system, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. Any other ERP systems are a plus.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles, with the ability to translate business requirements into ERP system solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team, cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop practical solutions within an ERP environment.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established timelines.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements and priorities, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP system management, with a focus on Sage Intacct or similar ERP platforms.
- Prior experience supporting FP&A and accounting functions within an ERP environment.
- Relevant certifications such as Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist or similar credentials preferred.
