Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration, administration, and support of Workday HCM Core modules
- Maintain employee data including job, position, organization, and personal information
- Configure and manage business processes (hire, terminate, transfer, promotion, etc.)
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business
teams to translate requirements into system sconfigurations - Monitor HCM processes and troubleshoot issues
- Support data integrity, audits, and compliance activities
Document configurations, SOPs, workflows, and user guides - Participate in change control, testing, and production deployments
- Support system upgrades, patches, and regression testing
- Stay updated on Workday features and contribute to continuous improvements
- Track and resolve issues and provide updates to stakeholders
- Monitor ServiceNow queue for incidents and requests
- Develop reports and dashboards for business needs
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM Core or similar HRIS systems
- Experience with Workday business process framework
- Solid understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire lifecycle)
- Knowledge of Workday security concepts (roles, domains, business process security policies)
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Willingness to work in global / US business hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday HCM Core Certification
- Experience with other Workday modules (Absence, Compensation, Talent, Payroll)
- Experience with integrations (EIB, Workday Studio)
- Agile methodology experience
- Experience in regulated industries
- Knowledge of HR compliance and data governance
- Exposure to Workday Prism Analytics
- SQL knowledge
