We're looking for a Senior Entertainment Marketing Executive to lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that bring our entertainment offering to life and drive meaningful commercial outcomes.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager – Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in positioning Crown Melbourne as a premier entertainment destination. From major concerts and live shows to broader entertainment experiences, you'll create integrated, audience-led campaigns that drive visitation, engagement and revenue growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer who understands entertainment audiences, cultural trends and content-driven storytelling, and knows how to turn programming into commercially successful campaigns.  

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for concerts, shows and entertainment experiences.

  • Create audience-first campaign strategies that leverage cultural moments and market trends, supported by compelling narratives that maximise engagement, reach and attendance.

  • Work closely with promoters, producers, agencies and entertainment partners to deliver outstanding campaign outcomes.

  • Align marketing activity with revenue, visitation and commercial objectives.

  • Manage campaign budgets and evaluate initiatives against ROI and business outcomes.

  • Deliver post-campaign analysis and recommendations for future improvement.

  • Collaborate with Entertainment, Hospitality and broader Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns and communicate marketing strategies, performance insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.

  • Provide leadership and coaching to a Marketing Coordinator.

About You

You'll be a commercially minded marketing professional with a passion for entertainment and a track record of delivering successful campaigns in fast-paced environments.

You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated marketing experience, ideally within entertainment, live events, venues or related industries.

  • Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution.

  • Strong understanding of audience behaviour, cultural trends and content-led marketing.

  • Experience working with external partners such as promoters, agencies, labels or talent representatives.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and project management skills.

  • A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and drive ROI.

  • Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related discipline.
