Job Description
Ensures integrity of the network devices, communication systems software, hardware. Identifies, programs and maintains all network and communication applications. Assists and participates in the review and design of new or existing network infrastructure and systems. Develops and conducts in-service training on new applications.
Job Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and support enterprise collaboration platforms including Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other cloud based solutions
- Provide daily support and maintenance for hybrid infrastructure, including Cisco, WebRTC, Teams & Zoom integrations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities, risks, and performance bottlenecks
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, infrastructure, and application issues with minimal business disruption
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) during planned maintenance and emergency outages
- Deploy and scale collaboration platforms across large user populations
- Centralize and standardize enterprise AV/collaboration devices to improve manageability and supportability
- Understanding of digital asset management platforms and it integrations
- Work cross functionally to support projects, system deployments, and critical incident resolution
- Collaborate with leadership, architecture, and engineering teams to align solutions with business needs and enterprise standards
- Responsible for engineering and integrity of the networking and communication system’s software, hardware, and configurations.
- Responsible for identifying, engineering/designing and programming of networking infrastructure and communication applications.
- Develops knowledge base documents and conducts knowledge transfer among engineering team.
- Assists in the review and evaluation of project requests and recommends appropriate action.
- Administers installation and repair services.
- Responsible for first level problem resolution for all health system locations.
- Gives guidance and direction to engineering team and outside service technicians.
- Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Job Qualification
•Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
•3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
HIGHLY PREFERRED
- 7-10 years in enterprise AV/IT operation in complex environments, healthcare preferred
- Proven experience deploying and supporting enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.) at scale
- Strong background in hybrid infrastructure and unified communications
- Hands on experience with Microsoft, Zoom and cloud based architectures
- Ability to operate in critical environments and manage high impact incidents
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
