At GenesisCare we want to hear from people who are as passionate as we are about innovation and working together to drive better life outcomes for patients around the world.

Care to join the team?

At GenesisCare, technology plays a critical role in enabling world-class care. We’re now seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst to join our IT team on a full-time, 12-month max term contract to take ownership of key enterprise platforms that support our clinical, finance and corporate teams across the business.

This is a hands-on, senior role where you’ll partner closely with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to ensure our enterprise systems are stable, secure, well-integrated and continuously improving.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Systems & IT Transformation, you will be the go-to expert for several critical enterprise systems, including Concur, Esker, Blackline, Egencia and RiskMan, managing both day-to-day support and system enhancements. You’ll play a key role in integrations, master data governance, testing, documentation and user enablement, while helping the business identify smarter, more efficient ways of working.

More specifically, you will:

  • Provide senior-level administration, configuration and support across core enterprise systems

  • Manage and support integrations between multiple enterprise platforms

  • Act as the first point of contact for system issues, triaging and liaising with vendors as required

  • Identify, assess and implement system improvements in partnership with business owners

  • Lead and coordinate testing activities, including integration testing and UAT

  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, training materials and support guides

  • Support system upgrades, deployments and change management processes

  • Ensure system security, audit controls and data integrity are maintained

We’re interested in hearing from those who have:

  • Strong experience supporting and configuring enterprise systems (e.g. Concur, Esker, Blackline or similar)

  • Proven experience managing system integrations and vendor relationships

  • Solid understanding of finance, accounting or healthcare billing processes (accounting qualifications highly regarded)

  • Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments (highly desirable)

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Benefits of joining our team:

  • Access to our confidential Employee Assistance Program for employees and their immediate families

  • Care for Your Wellbeing programs because we understand that we need to support you to support patients

  • Company-paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers

  • Flexible working arrangements and the option to purchase additional annual leave to support work–life balance

  • Salary sacrifice options for superannuation

  • Care to Grow – training, learning and development opportunities

  • Care to Celebrate – recognition and appreciation programs

  • Employee Rewards Referral Program

What We Do

GenesisCare is a provider of integrated cancer care in Australia, Spain, the U.K., and the USA. The company’s purpose is to design care experiences that offer the best possible life outcomes. This is grounded in the belief that care should be focused on the individual, not the condition. GenesisCare is the world’s largest provider of radiotherapy – a vital treatment option for cancer patients – and provides patients with access to diagnostics, medical oncology, surgical oncology, radiotherapy, and novel therapies alongside the ability to participate in the latest clinical trials. With a growing research and trials program numbering more than 150 clinical trials, a contract research organisation, and global innovation programs focused on precision medicine and novel therapies, GenesisCare aims to bring new therapies to more patients in need in a more affordable way. Every year, GenesisCare clinical teams see more than 450,000 people across 350+ locations, including more than 300 locations in the U.S., 40 in Australia, 14 in the UK, and 18 in Spain. Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, the organisation employs more than 5,500 highly trained physicians, healthcare professionals and support staff across Australia, Europe, and the U.S. For more information, visit www.genesiscare.com
