At GenesisCare, technology plays a critical role in enabling world-class care. We’re now seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst to join our IT team on a full-time, 12-month max term contract to take ownership of key enterprise platforms that support our clinical, finance and corporate teams across the business.
This is a hands-on, senior role where you’ll partner closely with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to ensure our enterprise systems are stable, secure, well-integrated and continuously improving.
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Systems & IT Transformation, you will be the go-to expert for several critical enterprise systems, including Concur, Esker, Blackline, Egencia and RiskMan, managing both day-to-day support and system enhancements. You’ll play a key role in integrations, master data governance, testing, documentation and user enablement, while helping the business identify smarter, more efficient ways of working.
More specifically, you will:
Provide senior-level administration, configuration and support across core enterprise systems
Manage and support integrations between multiple enterprise platforms
Act as the first point of contact for system issues, triaging and liaising with vendors as required
Identify, assess and implement system improvements in partnership with business owners
Lead and coordinate testing activities, including integration testing and UAT
Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, training materials and support guides
Support system upgrades, deployments and change management processes
Ensure system security, audit controls and data integrity are maintained
We’re interested in hearing from those who have:
Strong experience supporting and configuring enterprise systems (e.g. Concur, Esker, Blackline or similar)
Proven experience managing system integrations and vendor relationships
Solid understanding of finance, accounting or healthcare billing processes (accounting qualifications highly regarded)
Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments (highly desirable)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
