Summary:We are currently seeking a Enterprise Revenue Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Operations Team. This role is available to candidates in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto or remotely across Canada (excluding Québec) or the US.
As Enterprise Revenue Enablement Manager, you will be the embedded performance partner to Clio’s Enterprise business, translating strategy into disciplined execution across complex, multi stakeholder deal cycles. This is not a traditional training role. You will operate as a hands on builder within the Enterprise segment, partnering directly with Enterprise leadership to drive measurable impact across pipeline creation, deal progression, and win rates.
You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, Enterprise, with a dotted line to the Global Enablement Leader. This structure ensures dedicated focus on Enterprise priorities while maintaining alignment with Clio’s global enablement standards and infrastructure.
You will support full Enterprise pods, including Account Executives, BDRs, Legal Architects, Solutions Architects, CSMs, and other post sales roles, ensuring consistent execution across the entire customer lifecycle.
What you’ll work on:Partnering with the SVP of Enterprise and Director of Revenue Operations to identify and prioritize the highest impact initiatives across pipeline generation, deal progression, and retention.
Building and operationalizing enablement programs that directly support complex Enterprise motions including multi threading, executive engagement, value based selling, pilots, RFPs, negotiation, and cross functional deal orchestration.
Designing and leading Enterprise onboarding that reduces time to first deal and prepares new hires to execute confidently in live deal environments.
Coaching in active opportunities, reinforcing structured deal qualification, account planning, and disciplined execution using frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
Translating product roadmap updates and operational changes into clear, actionable sales plays in partnership with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Product teams.
Driving disciplined adoption of CRM standards, AI driven workflows, and enablement tools such as Gong and LetterAI to improve execution quality.
Defining success metrics and measure impact against ramp time, pipeline quality, win rates, expansion, and quota attainment.
Contributing to strategic Enterprise events including SKO and revenue summits to ensure alignment with segment priorities.
4+ years of Revenue or Sales Enablement experience supporting a B2B Enterprise SaaS motion.
Deep understanding of complex, multi stakeholder Enterprise sales cycles.
Demonstrated ability to drive behavioral change tied directly to revenue outcomes.
Strong operational acumen with experience in Salesforce and revenue reporting.
Experience partnering directly with senior sales leaders and influencing at the executive level.
Proficiency with modern enablement tools including CRM systems, Gong, and LetterAI.
A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of building and scaling programs in high growth environments.
