Senior Enterprise Operations Manager

Job Overview:
The Senior Enterprise Operations Manager is a self-driven, innovative leader who will be a critical driver in increasing the scalability and efficiency of ExploreLearning | Learning A-Z (EL | LAZ) operations. Ultimately, the right candidate will drive improvements in capabilities to support our customers and generate sustainable cost savings.
Collaborating with Sales and Customer Success, a successful leader in this role will assess and enhance the processes and systems essential to supporting scalable, cost-effective, and high-quality interactions with customers and internal groups. The Senior Enterprise Operations Manager will also lead and support the intake process and prioritize infrastructure improvement projects supporting functions across EL | LAZ.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate across the organization to understand and document current processes, identifying best practices, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Review potential root causes of process inefficiencies, including missing communication channels, and develop solutions.
Collaborate with various functional departments to design and implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day business operations without adding unnecessary burdens.
Manage the coordination and integration of efforts among sales operations, customer success, marketing, engineering, and content development to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
Prioritize infrastructure improvement projects and initiatives proposed by Sales, Marketing, and other functions executed by internal resources and stakeholders.
Partner with the project management office to clearly outline the scope and requirements of infrastructure and process improvement projects, collaborating with functional departments to ensure appropriate resource allocation.
Track and monitor the execution of infrastructure improvement projects, ensuring that key objectives, intended impact, and expected cost savings goals are met.
Maintain constant communication and provide insights on process and infrastructure initiatives to the EL LAZ Senior Leadership team and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Utilize your professional experience in developing and implementing scalable processes with cross-functional teams.

5-7+ years of experience in operations and process-focused roles.
Experience in a technology-based company is required.
Education industry experience is a plus but not required.
An undergraduate or graduate degree in business or industrial engineering disciplines is preferred.
