The Role
We are looking for an architect that can manage complex infrastructure and application transformations of Enterprise level customers. The ideal candidate has significant experience in complex Cloud migration and adoption, integrated hybrid architectures, design and deployment of cloud-native architectures.
They should be adept at leading and driving transition and transformation projects for infrastructure services and Application Modernizations supporting the Digital Transformation of our clients and transforming to a new modern operating model. They have experience transforming Enterprise Outsourcing Infrastructure Services on distributed, mainframe, and hybrid cloud environments.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage complex infrastructure and application transformations for enterprise-level customers.
- Lead strategic planning and business analysis for cloud migration, adoption, and modernization initiatives.
- Design and deploy integrated hybrid architectures and cloud-native solutions that align with business goals.
- Drive transition and transformation (T&T) projects for infrastructure services across diverse environments.
- Transform Enterprise Outsourcing Infrastructure Services, including distributed systems, mainframes, and hybrid cloud platforms.
- Develop and evaluate enterprise architecture designs, ensuring alignment with technology governance and best practices.
- Engage and manage stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders, to ensure architectural alignment and adoption.
- Assess risks and oversee implementation, ensuring compliance

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining Enterprise Architectures with a focus on infrastructure and application transformation projects.
- 3-5 years of experience as Enterprise Architect for Banking, Financial Services, Industrial, Retail, Government or Travel & Transportation sectors.
- Significant experience in complex Cloud migration and adoption projects; expertise in integrated hybrid architectures and cloud-native architecture design.
- Proven track record in leading and driving transition and transformation projects for infrastructure services.
- Experience in transformation of Enterprise Outsourcing Infrastructure Services on distributed, mainframe and hybrid cloud environments.
- Proven experience in designing, integrating and implementing complex IT systems across various technology domains (cloud, data, applications, network, infrastructure)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), infrastructure governance and consulting methods.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large scale technology projects with cross-functional architecture teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant industry certifications (TOGAF, OpenGroup Certified Architect, Hyperscaler, etc.)
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture Tooling (Alfabet, LeanIX, others)
• Experience with hyperscale cloud providers, automation, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
