Position Overview
We are hiring a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager (ECSM) to lead post-sale success for Autodesk’s largest Enterprise customers in Korea.
The ECSM is a senior, customer-facing leader responsible for driving business outcomes through adoption, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, and orchestrating internal Autodesk teams to deliver long-term value.
This role plays a critical part in Autodesk’s Enterprise success in Korea, supporting some of the country’s largest organizations as they modernize workflows and realize value from Autodesk platforms.
Responsibilities
Manage post-sale success for a portfolio of Enterprise/EBA customers, serving as the primary strategic point of contact
Build trusted relationships with executive, business, and technical stakeholders in complex, multi-layered organizations
Collaborates with internal experts to translate customer business/technical challenges into business solutions based on Autodesk products & services
Oversee desired business outcomes, success metrics, and adoption roadmaps aligned to customer priorities through collaboration with business stakeholders
Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) focused on value realization, adoption progress, and long-term strategy
Monitor account health, mitigate risks, and partner with Sales and other internal stakeholders on renewals and expansion
Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing structured feedback and insights
Minimum Qualifications
5~10 years of experience in Customer Success, Enterprise Account Management, Consulting, or similar senior customer-facing roles
Experience working with large enterprises or conglomerates in complex environments
Experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud(ACC), AEC workflows, construction / enterprise digital transformation, or comparable enterprise cloud and data solutions is a strong plus
Ability to lead business-level conversations with technical adoption in mind
Proven stakeholder management, facilitation, and consensus-building skills
High emotional maturity, resilience, and executive presence
Business-level fluency in Korean and English
Prefer candidate
Enterprise-level strategic perspective with the ability understanding complex organizational structures, stakeholder personas, decision-making dynamics, and political nuance
Strong orchestration capability — able to mobilize and align the right Autodesk resources to the right stakeholders and business priorities at the right time
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across executives, business leaders, and technical teams
Calm, grounded communicator who navigates ambiguity, tension, and competing priorities with maturity and professionalism
Strategic yet outcome-oriented mindset balanced with practical execution
Customer-first orientation combined with strong commercial awareness and sound judgment
