We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Enterprise Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of cloud computing principles and practical exposure to cloud platforms. As a Junior Cloud Engineer, you will assist with implementing, managing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions under the guidance of senior engineers and architects.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the deployment of scalable cloud applications and servers under the direction of more experienced team members.

Collaborate with internal teams and customers to help configure and deploy workloads, including identity and access management, network architecture, application security, logging, monitoring, and deployment.

Participate in the setup and support of platforms to run services in cloud environments, including container orchestration with OpenShift.

Contribute to the implementation of cloud-based solutions for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Support architects and engineers in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Azure DevOps and Terraform, aiding provisioning and DevOps practices.

Assist with cloud readiness assessments, roadmap discussions, and application modernization efforts.

Help develop and maintain automated solutions for deploying, monitoring, and supporting cloud-based systems and services.

Identify opportunities for improvement in existing systems and support the execution of new cloud projects.

Work with senior team members to learn best practices for building and scaling cloud-native applications.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

1+ years of exposure to cloud computing principles and platforms (internships, coursework, or personal projects are welcome).

Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and a willingness to learn new platforms.

Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions (e.g., Azure DevOps, Terraform) is a plus.

Awareness of containerization concepts and platforms like OpenShift or Kubernetes.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies and practices.
