The role
Wolters Kluwer is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team of technical professionals. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of our Eloqua, Marketo and Pardot instances across multiple European countries. In the future, a global focus might be added to the responsibilities.
The primary focus will be on Eloqua, Marketo and Pardot, but as Wolters Kluwer will streamline their marketing solutions, new developments in the marketing domain are expected, where you will play an important role.
You are not required to be an expert user in Eloqua, Marketo and Pardot. However, you are willing to invest time in becoming comfortable using these platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners, project managers, functional analysts, and system analysts to deliver initiatives supporting Marketing Automation Platform implementations and improvements;
- Support businesses with Eloqua/Pardot platform-related technical challenges and manage projects to improve the usage and setup of marketing automation;
- Design and develop solutions that meet business requirements and best practices;
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to operational staff and other team members;
- Understand system integrations and Eloqua/Pardot platform integrations with different data sources and CRMs;
- Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance and make recommendations for enhancements;
- Develop and implement Eloqua, Marketo and Pardot marketing automation strategies and campaigns;
- Design, configure, and maintain Eloqua, Marketo and Pardot platform to support marketing campaigns;
- Manage and optimize the lead generation process and integration;
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand their business needs and provide solutions;
- This is a European role, so you will work with stakeholders throughout the EMEA region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Eloqua, Marketo or Pardot Architect;
- Ideally you will have experience working in a corporate/complex organization;
- Strong knowledge of functional and technical best practices and methodologies;
- Knowing the logic and the working mechanism of API’s;
- Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills with attention to details, excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience including presentations to senior management, peer groups and associates, experience working in a team-oriented- environment demonstrating strong collaboration skills;
- Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices;
- Experience with Eloqua, Marketo and Pardot integrations with other systems such as CRM and CMS.
