Senior Enterprise AI Analyst

We have an opportunity for a Senior Enterprise AI Analyst to join our IT Cloud Applications team in Bangalore, reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise AI Practice. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery. You will build AI solutions hands-on, translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions, and act as a mentor and lead for the Enterprise AI team. You will help drive prototypes through to production-ready capabilities, manage delivery dependencies, guide best practices, and partner with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business value. Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions, agents, automation workflows, and intelligent applications, from discovery and prototyping through production implementation
• Build and integrate scalable AI-enabled solutions using Python, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, cloud-native services, and platforms such as Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, AWS AI, and other emerging AI technologies
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, dependencies, and opportunities where AI or automation can deliver measurable value
• Mentor and guide team members on solution architecture, reusable patterns, code quality, testing, security, performance, and delivery best practices
• Manage portfolio-level execution for Enterprise AI initiatives, including timelines, task ownership, dependencies, risks, adoption metrics, and stakeholder communications
• Produce high-quality deliverables that move work forward, including working prototypes, technical documentation, dependency plans, process flows, executive-ready presentations, adoption reports, and shared standards

Be Prepared — What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in a hands-on delivery role such as solutions analyst, software engineer, technical lead, ideally in technology, SaaS, Enterprise applications, or consulting environments
• Strong techno-functional background with the ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into practical, scalable, and measurable technical solutions
• Hands-on experience configuring, prototyping, and deploying AI or automation solutions using platforms such as Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, AWS AI, or similar technologies
• Genuine fluency in LLMs, prompt design, AI agents, agentic workflows, enterprise AI adoption patterns, and responsible AI practices
• Strong Python development experience with the ability to build backend applications, integrations, automation scripts, and AI-enabled services
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including asynchronous request handling, performance optimization, error handling, and secure integration patterns
• Solid understanding of backend systems, distributed architectures, microservices, event-driven design, domain-driven design, and cloud-native application principles
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and DevOps practices, including API Gateway, Lambda, S3, ECS, RDS, GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment governance
• Ability to mentor team members, review solution designs, improve delivery practices, manage dependencies, and raise overall execution quality across the Enterprise AI team
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders, technical teams, and business users effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Be Successful — Your Path

First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals.

Six Months: Develop and deploy several feature-rich web applications with Python/JavaScript and build applications using AI as a service. Collaborate closely with the team to optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user interactions across various devices and browsers.

One Year:  Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Backend-end development practices, sharing your expertise and insights to elevate the skill set of the team and foster a culture of learning and growth. Own custom a AI application and keep enhancing it to get a feasible product for users.
