The Opportunity

LLMs are changing how companies work with data. We're building the autonomous data agent for Europe, helping operators in manufacturing, agriculture, and aviation answer questions and run workflows without expensive data teams. We have a working product, paying customers, and over €1M ARR.

We're looking for an Account Executive who owns deals end-to-end and commands the room. This role is about closing, and doing it the right way: through presence, trust, and a genuine understanding of how our customers operate. You'll be the person who goes to a customer and walks out with a signed contract.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification and on-site bootcamps to negotiation and close

  • Build real relationships with senior stakeholders in the German Mittelstand, independently and with conviction

  • Call customers daily and show up in person. You're excited to travel

  • Work closely with our GTM team to build and run a high-velocity pipeline

  • Translate customer needs precisely so our Forward Deployed Engineering team can build fast and solve the right problems

  • Grow revenue within existing accounts through expansions and upsells

  • Be a direct line between the market and what we build

You'll Thrive If You

  • Have 3+ years of full-cycle B2B software sales, ideally to technical or industrial buyers

  • Are fluent in German and can hold your own with plant managers and C-level in the Mittelstand

  • Bring strong presence and know how to shift the energy in a room

  • Are hungry: you want targets, upside, and the accountability that comes with it

  • Love being in the field be it calls, visits, and in-person meetings energize you

  • Treat your pipeline like a product you continuously improve

Skills Required

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B software sales experience
  • Fluent in German, able to engage plant managers and C-level
  • Proven ability to own deals end-to-end and close contracts
  • Willingness to travel frequently and perform in-person customer visits
  • Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders in the Mittelstand
  • Ability to translate customer needs to engineering teams
  • Experience selling to technical or industrial buyers
  • Strong presence and ability to command a room
