The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Drive new revenue with large organizations while also looking after a book of current accounts. The work blends self-sourced prospecting, guiding lengthy deals through many decision makers and coordinating with colleagues in technical, post-sale and marketing roles.
What you'll do
- Lead long, multi-step enterprise deals from first conversation through formal proposal responses to signed contract, applying a disciplined qualification framework.
- Look after a set of existing enterprise customers to secure renewals, grow their usage and strengthen relationships, taking up around 30% of your time.
- Create your own pipeline of opportunities through cold outreach, your professional contacts and industry events, also around 30% of your time.
- Build consensus among a wide range of buyers, including operations, technology, clinical, purchasing and executive leaders.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales, account management and marketing colleagues to tailor proposals and hand over won deals cleanly.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 5 to 8 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.
- Proven record of owning sales campaigns end to end, including answering formal RFPs and RFIs.
- Experience selling to large healthcare organizations or into healthcare IT environments.
- Formal training and day-to-day use of a recognized sales methodology such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC.
- Familiarity with location technology, IoT or healthcare IT ecosystems.
- Willingness to travel roughly 25-40% for industry conferences and events.
