Purpose of the Job
1. Handling service delivery of a portfolio of projects responsible for on-time delivery, quality & meeting customer commitments
2. A leadership role with extensive software delivery experience and proven ability to manage cross functional teams
Job Accountabilities
1. Owns P&L of the portfolio
2. Establish program controls in the portfolio and proactively monitor, intervene for positive outcomes
3. Manage project budgets and ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
4. Proactively identify, resolve or escalate issues that may impede the team’s ability to deliver solutions(s) against committed timelines and revenues.
5. Lead Customer leadership meetings on behalf of IBS, Build & maintain customer relationships
6. Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
7. Manage stakeholders who are involved in the projects and programs
Candidate Profile
1. 15+ years of overall experience with a proven track record and experience in Software development
2. A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with an extensive experience leading team in Agile culture & Clean Code
3. Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
4. Work experience in Travel Industry will be an advantage
5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
6. Exceptional in leadership and empathy skills.
7. Ability to drive change and initiatives and succeed under uncertainty
