About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead a small to mid-sized team of highly skilled engineers. This role requires a balance of technical leadership, strategic influence, and strong people management skills. You will drive execution across cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineering leaders, and foster a culture of collaboration, operational excellence, and innovation. You will report to the Engineering Director.
You Will:- Lead and manage engineering teams; mentor managers and senior engineers
- Drive delivery of major features and cross-team initiatives
- Align engineering work with business priorities and product roadmaps
- Solve moderately complex technical and operational challenges
- Foster collaboration and break down silos across teams
- Promote quality, automation, and process improvements
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders
- 10+ years in software engineering, with 3–5 years in management
- Strong technical expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, Next.js
- Experience with CSS-in-JS, component libraries, Storybook, accessibility standards, and UX tools like Figma
- Familiarity with API design/integration (REST, GraphQL) and security best practices
- Skilled in unit and automated testing, CI/CD, Agile workflows, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills
- Data-driven approach to improving delivery efficiency and quality
