- Create a high-performance culture and environment for team success.
- Accountable for delivering product backlogs within your remit.
- Report to the Engineering head/director.
- Collaborate with Product and technology stakeholders to meet business commitments and client projects on time and within budget.
- Set standards for the team's software engineering best practices.
- Work closely with the team and ID&F Senior Leadership Team to ensure a high-performance environment.
- Accountable app owner for software products and corresponding infrastructure environments.
- Ensure compliance with Experian's security policy and app remediation standards.
- Accountable for risk management activities and managing the associated security scorecard.
- Deliver backlog of planned and unplanned activities related to security, app, and infrastructure remediation.
- Line management of an engineering team of up to 6 individuals, with potential for growth.
