What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in software engineering, including 4+ years in management.
- Deep technical background in cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and distributed systems, basic comfort with developer platforms.
- Proven success leading reliability, automation, and cost-efficiency efforts at scale.
- Comfort operating at both team-level (hands-on technical leadership, direct people management) and platform-level (cross-team strategy, cross-pillar partnership).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; thrives in cross-functional environments.
- Passion for developer experience and building tools that make engineers more productive.

$219,000 - $263,000 a year
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York City. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
