- Balance short-term delivery with long-term system health and scalability.
- Seasoned Technologist: 10+ years in software engineering, including 3+ in a leadership capacity.
- Hands-On Expertise: Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and at least one cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Strategic Leader: Proven experience driving engineering excellence in fast-scaling SaaS environments.
- System Thinker: Skilled in platform architecture, distributed systems, and service reliability.
