Job Responsibilities :We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to run the operational side of a growing engineering organization. Being the connective tissue between engineering, security, vendors, and leadership. You'll own the day-to-day operating cadence of a distributed team. This is not a coding role, but you'll work in deeply technical territory and need to be comfortable there.- Run the team's operating rhythm: standups, status tracking, blocker resolution, escalations, and progress reporting to leadership.
- Coordinate infosec and compliance workstreams access reviews, audit evidence collection, policy rollouts between engineering and security stakeholders.
- Own vendor management end to end: contract and account migrations, renewal calendars, procurement tracking, and day-to-day point of contact for third-party providers.
- Drive documentation of engineering processes and runbooks; track knowledge-transfer and onboarding progress per system area and flag single-person dependencies
- Maintain program artifacts: hiring and onboarding trackers, dependency maps, risk registers, and transition plans
What we're looking for
- 5+ years as a technical program manager, technical project manager, or engineering operations manager in a software company Exposure to compliance or audit-adjacent programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar) alongside engineering teams Vendor or procurement management experience (SaaS contracts, procurement/EOR platforms, license management)
- Excellent written English
- Fluent with Jira/Asana and Notion/Confluence; able to read technical material and hold your own in engineering discussions
