Executive - Soft Services
Responsible for overseeing facility operations, maintenance, and compliance, ensuring a safe, efficient, and cost-effective workplace environment.
About the Role:
- Facility Operations Management: Supervise day-to-day facility activities including housekeeping, maintenance, and security services.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and control facility-related expenses.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations as well as company standards.
- Space Planning & Optimization: Oversee workspace allocation, seating plans, and support occupancy planning initiatives.
- Reporting & Process Improvement: Prepare facility performance reports, analyze KPIs, and implement efficiency improvements.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–10 years of experience in facility management with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance standards, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office tools.
