Key Responsibilities
End-to-end Program Management from RFQ to SOP.
Coordination with OEM customers (MSIL, TKML, Mahindra).
APQP, PPAP, PR1/PR2, and SOP readiness management.
Cross-functional coordination with Design, Tooling, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchase, and Suppliers.
Project timeline, cost, risk, and resource management.
Engineering change and development activity management.
Required Skills
APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan.
Customer handling experience with MSIL/TKML/Mahindra.
Strong project planning and communication skills.
