Job Summary:

The Sr. Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting applications, systems, and IT products required to achieve the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform root cause analysis on issues related to Workday integrations.
  • Collaborate with Workday Business Analysts, HRIS peers, Human Resource clients, and other GTBS teams.
  • Work closely with Workday Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, Managed Services Teams, and Professional Services Teams.
  • Ensure compliance with HRIT policies and security standards.
  • Manage relationships with peers and clients effectively.
  • Participate in and remediate any SOX and IIQ audit requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of exp.
  • Strong experience with Workday integrations, including EIB, Workday Studio, and Workday Report Writer.
  • Familiarity with Workday Extend
  • Familiarity with Workday Financials
  • Experience with file transfer via FTP, SFTP and API system integration
  • Experience with migrating Workday to Public Cloud
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python
  • Experience with web services (REST, SOAP) and XML.
  • Knowledge of middleware and integration platforms like DataStage and ETL principles.
  • Familiarity with HRIT compliance and security standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
