Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in tooling, jig design, or manufacturing engineering within a production environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling design, and quality control systems
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement projects
