We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will take ownership of complex technical projects, drive architectural decisions, and mentor junior team members while maintaining our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. As a Senior Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing scalable solutions, optimizing system performance, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

• Design, develop, and implement robust technical solutions for assigned projects, demonstrating a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into efficient, maintainable code using best practices and industry standards
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment
• Perform root cause analysis on technical issues and implement sustainable solutions that prevent future occurrences
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and validation methodologies to ensure product quality and reliability
• Mentor and support junior engineers in their professional development, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, quality assurance, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Optimize existing systems and processes to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Document technical designs, architecture decisions, and implementation details with clarity and precision
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations that drive competitive advantage
• Participate in architectural discussions and influence product design based on technical expertise and customer feedback
• Achieve project milestones and deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining transparency with stakeholders

**Required Experience and Skills:**

• Minimum 2+ years of professional software engineering experience in a relevant industry segment
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Java
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices
• Demonstrated expertise in system design, architecture, and technical problem-solving
• Proven experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization techniques
• Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Experience with code review processes and quality assurance methodologies

**Preferred Skills and Experience:**

• Experience with domain-specific technologies or industry-specific tools
• Knowledge of system architecture and microservices design patterns
• Familiarity with containerization and deployment technologies
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Background in performance profiling and optimization
• Exposure to agile development methodologies

**Education:**

• Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree (ME/M.Tech) is a plus

**Domain Expertise:**

• Domain expertise in relevant technology stacks or industry segments is preferred but not required
