Role Purpose:

 

As Senior Engineer .NET Developer, you will direct the development and execution of Incubation team, strategies and action plans. You will plan and direct. The successful candidate will need to ensure strong experience in developing software solutions using .NET Core and expertise in AWS technologies, including DynamoDB, Athena, EventBridge, Katalon, and Lambda. This position will be responsible for actively contributing to sprint design, and providing mentorship to team members. The focus will be on software development, technical design and architecture . In line with Accelya´s global business strategy, values and missions.
What will you do?

  • Managing Software Development- Design, code, and implement software solutions using .NET Core and related technologies. Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software applications.
  • AWS Services Integration-Utilize AWS services such as DynamoDB, Athena, EventBridge, Lambda, S3, and others to design and implement robust and efficient solutions. Integrate software applications with these services, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Collaboration and Leadership-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to understand requirements and align development efforts. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members.
  • Technical Design and Architecture: - Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to define the technical vision, system architecture, and integration of AWS services. Contribute to the design and implementation of software components, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshooting and Support- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues that arise during development or in production environments. Provide support and assistance to end-users or clients, ensuring the smooth operation of software applications.


Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET Core, with a strong focus on projects leveraging AWS technologies.
  • Expertise in AWS services, including DynamoDB, Athena, EventBridge, Katalon, and Lambda.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with test automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
  • AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Developer - Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are highly desirable.
