Role Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Development Engineer to lead complex software development initiatives. You will design scalable systems, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. This role requires strong technical depth and the ability to influence design and architecture decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software features using JavaScript, Node.js, XML, and TypeScript.
- Lead the development of high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing code reviews and technical coaching.
- Collaborate with architects, QA, and product teams on technical design.
- Drive adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, XML, and TypeScript.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Nice to have: C++, Airline domain experience.
