- Lead the design, implementation, and integration of system features (software, robotic arm, implants, and surgical instruments) to deliver best-in-class robotic-assisted orthopedic solutions.
- Work closely with developers and engineers to develop surgical applications and to develop internal processes to enhance scalability.
- Participate in, solicit feedback and document reports as needed on cadaveric evaluations.
- Monitor technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards as well as emerging business requirements.
- Independently implement complex concepts, draft design documentation, plan and conduct relevant tests.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree; Computer Science, Robotics, Biomedical discipline.
- 4-7 years of industry experience in professional software development.
- Experience with Software, Algorithms, MATLAB, C, C++; mathematical concepts, preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have the ability to understand the interactions between systems, sub-systems, applications, and services within the environment, and evaluate the impact of changes or additions.
- Be detail oriented with strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills, preferred.
