Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop new or modifying user-facing features using React.js and TypeScript.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and industry standards.

  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues related to rendering, data fetching, and client-side performance

  • Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.

  • Contribute to the overall architecture of the application, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and backlog grooming within an Agile environment.

Role Purpose:

  • As a Lead React Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the front-end architecture of our web applications. 

  • ​You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Your expertise in React, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies will be crucial in ensuring our products are scalable, performant, and user-friendly.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar.

  • Solid understanding of front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).

  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Web Sockets, and integration with backend services.

  • Knowledge of React hooks, component lifecycle, and performance optimization techniques.

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Enzyme, or similar).

  • Experience with Version Control (Git) and collaboration in a distributed team environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
