Role Responsibilities:

Develop new or modifying user-facing features using React.js and TypeScript.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Write clean, modular, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues related to rendering, data fetching, and client-side performance
-
Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.

Contribute to the overall architecture of the application, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and backlog grooming within an Agile environment.
Role Purpose:

As a Lead React Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the front-end architecture of our web applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your expertise in React, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies will be crucial in ensuring our products are scalable, performant, and user-friendly.
Minimum Requirements:
-
5-8 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.
-
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar.

Solid understanding of front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).

Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Web Sockets, and integration with backend services.

Knowledge of React hooks, component lifecycle, and performance optimization techniques.

Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Enzyme, or similar).

Experience with Version Control (Git) and collaboration in a distributed team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
