Senior Engineer, Product Development Engineering

The Role:

• Filter devices are key components to contribute to yield improvement of IC chips. Therefore customers’ requirements for filter devices are getting more challenging and complicated. We need to improve filter performances such as higher retention, productive flow rate and excellent cleanliness, continuously, and satisfy challenging goals. 

• The engineering team needs to fill the headcount and secure engineering capacity and capability for RD samples preparation, development of manufacturable process, on-time launch of advanced new products to satisfy customers’ demand and capture broader new opportunities in the semiconductor industries. 

• The core mission of the job is to develop device assembling and cleaning processes utilized for new product development.

• 開発チームは、試作サンプルの作成や製造可能なプロセスの開発を行い、先進的な新製品を市場に導入する責務を担っています。この業務を遂行するために、フィルターデバイスの組み立て、および洗浄プロセスの開発を担当するエンジニアを募集しています。オンタイムで新製品を立ち上げ、半導体製造工程においてより広範な新しい機会を獲得するために、開発能力を高める人材を必要としています。

In this role you will: 

What are the expected outcomes?  What must this role get done in order to meet your business objectives?  Define “what success will look like.” 

• Developing optimum device cleaning process and assemble process for liquid filter devices. 

• Creating DOE (Design of Experiment) plans and schedule. 

• Researching new technologies of cleaning process, chemistries and materials related to liquid filter devices. 

• Working for liquid filter samples assemble as a team leader. 

• Managing samples preparation schedule. 

• Managing documents of process records and requirement for part number registration. 

• Learning liquid filter technologies and applications for development of future engineering leader.

• DOE(実験計画法)の計画、スケジュールの作成
• 液体フィルターデバイスに関連する洗浄プロセス、化学物質、材料の新技術の調査・研究
• 液体フィルターサンプル組み立て
• サンプル準備スケジュールの作成および管理
• 工程記録や品番登録に必要な書類の管理
• 将来の技術リーダーとなるために必要な、液体フィルター技術とアプリケーションの習得
