- Plan & Spec to identify customer’s needs and enhance the company’s chances of securing orders via technical understanding.
- Learn and understand the latest code & standard for air-conditioning, provide updates to owners & consultants
- Provide input for the marketing of new product development plans.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records.
- Provide excellent service to clients at all levels.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking events and attend company meetings.
- To involve and grow relationships with Owners, Developers and Engineers to secure specification on major commercial projects across Singapore.
- To organise on Trainings for internal and external customers.
- Liaising with Authorities and regulatory bodies (NEA, SGBC etc) for updates and submissions and maintain records.
