About The Role
We are looking for Java Software Engineer for Liquidity Platform, who will be aligned directly to liquidity management team on delta-one strategy development using in-house build strategy toolkit. It’s a unique opportunity for one to get exposure on both crypto delta-one strategy design/implementation and crypto trading system development, where one can contribute his expertise and grow with the company and industry. The successful candidate will work closely with a professional and experienced team with strong Crypto/TradFi trading background to deliver remarkable features.
Responsibilities- Work closely with team technical lead, liquidity managers and product managers on strategy discussion and technical solution design.
- Design, implement, auto-test and go-live liquidity strategies.
- Work with a team to own the strategy production environment for both feature buildout and infra upgrade for better performance.
- Continuous improve strategies to be more stable, scalable and robust with auto recovery ability for 24x7 crypto trading style.
- Run projects by maintaining a deep underlying of the technical infrastructure and a holistic view of the product and business
- Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background.
- Proficiency in high performance Java, with a strong understanding of memory management, async programming patterns.
- Familiar with automated testing and continuous integration.
- Familiar with distributed systems and micro service architecture
- Familiar with common middleware, such as Message Queue, RPC, cache,etc.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Eager to learn and work with various aspects of new technologies, crypto and financial trading products (spot, futures, swaps, options, structured products).
Nice to Have
- Experience building high-performance, and high capacity systems, ideally within the trading or financial sector.
- Experience with strategy development for financial or crypto markets.
- Knowledge of OTC workflow and RFQ system is a plus
