Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related major
- 5+ years experience in Industrial Engineering within manufacturing
- Experience focusing on human motions, standard work, and standard times
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive process improvements
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with stakeholders
- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
