POSITION SUMMARY:
This role focuses on L2 application support and development activities within a cloud-based environment. Responsibilities include working with AWS services such as Lambda functions, API Gateway integrations, S3 bucket management, and Athena-based data analysis to ensure application availability, performance, and reliability. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience
JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Level 2 (L2) application support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancement of existing solutions.
Develop, maintain, and support Python code and scripts used for application functionality, automation, and defect resolution.
Collaborate closely with the Level 1 (L1) support team by offering technical guidance, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring effective operational handovers.
Apply hands-on AWS knowledge to monitor applications, identify and resolve issues, and support basic cloud operations.
Work cross-functionally with infrastructure, DevOps, and other technical teams to support deployments, address environment-related issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support document-processing systems and associated workflows to ensure stability, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor/Master/Engineering degree in IT/Computer Science/software engineering or relevant field
WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
2-11 PM IST, Mon – Fri. No travel.
