Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH India is building out its Information Security capabilities including the process and technical excellence in Identity and Access Management (IAM). This IAM role will focus on the development, integration and maintenance of IAM systems and applications in alignment with the broader IAM program.

  • Supporting and maintaining of FIM 2010/MIM 2016.
  • Handling Identity Management, Federation, and Synchronization solutions using Okta and ServiceNow.
  • Support integration of Active Directory platform with MIM and Okta solution.
  • Integration/configuration of Okta features.
  • Coding experience with .NET, C#, PowerShell (3.0 - 4.0), Java and/or Java script including testing/UAT/audit skills.
  • Managing Oracle/SQL databases including SQL reporting services and SQL operation related to FIM/MIM.
  • Configuration/management of Okta agents.
  • Onboarding and administration of applications and users on Okta for SSO.
  • Experience with importing users and password reset in Okta.
  • Experience enabling SSO for web and mobile applications.
  • Implementation of Okta processes and procedures specifically workflows.
  • Understanding testing needs and being able to coordinate with up/downstream app teams to assist them.
  • Create and maintain metrics using dashboarding technologies.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with globally distributed teams in an overlapped fashion.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to data synchronization on IAM components.
  • On-call support.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow and functionalities it provides.
  • Knowledge of SAML / OIDC application integrations


Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Should have an Engineer degree.
  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in managing and implementing the identity and access management solutions.
  • Being proactive & driving tasks to closure sticking to the defined timelines.
  • Proven expertise and strong knowledge in Active Directory. Unix knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in wireless technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels
  • Extensive experience in automating functional, regression and other repeatable tests
  • Exposure to at least one of the access management tools like Saviynt, SailPoint or Okta is mandatory.
