We’re hiring a Senior Test Engineer to work on both New Product Development and Manufacturing Improvement—from silicon validation to high-volume production. You’ll collaborate with global teams and play a key role in delivering high-quality, cost-efficient test solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test solutions for new product development and production.
  • Debug, validate, and release test programs on automated test equipment.
  • Drive test cost reduction by improving parallelism and test efficiency.
  • Design hardware for high-volume and high-capacity production testing.
  • Collaborate with global teams (design, product, application, and manufacturing) to support product release and improvements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (Microelectronics preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in product or test engineering, with hands-on semiconductor ATE testing
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor test methodologies and CMOS fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne (J750/J750HD/UltraFLEX) or Credence/LTX is a plus
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., C, C++, VBA) and scripting knowledge (Perl, AWK, Python, or similar) is an advantage
  • Good analytical and debugging skills with the ability to solve problems proactively
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work across global teams
