Job Description:
-
Design and development for WSG wireless modules
-
Schedule management for new product development
-
Complete design specifications and documents for new module design
-
Complete circuit design and performance testing for wireless modules with Microchip wireless SoC
-
Complete documentation collateral for new product (datasheet, user guides, application notes)
-
Follow Microchip new product design process and work with other functional groups for the RF module design
-
Co-ordinate with test lab partner for testing and certification process
Requirements/Qualifications:
Key Competency / Skill Requirements:

The candidate must be independent, self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn for new wireless technology

Need good English communication skill.

With good communication skills to work and thrive in a collaborative environment.

With strong experience of RF hardware circuit design, especially module design
-
With experience of RF product manufacturing testing
-
With experience of developing WIFI & BT consumer products
-
Prefer to have experience on FCC/IC/CE RED certification process
Education & Experience Required:

BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering,

5+ years of experience in RF product working experience.
