Job Purpose

• Work closely with Advanced Solutions Department Manager for the implementation of Asset Management Solutions – InsightSuiteAE (Equipment Assets), PRM (Instrument Assets), PRM Interface with BH System-1, Electrical Assets (E-AMS), Asset Management System interface with ERP Systems (SAP) and take active role for implementing Procedural Automation solutions & Autonomous Operation, IA2IA for digitalization.
• Developing ICSS – APC/RTO/EMS Interface in line to Project requirement
• Support implementing Terminal Automation System (TAS), Blending Automation Solution (PBS), and Movement Automation (OMAS) solutions for both engineering and commissioning.
• Support in  Base Layer Tuning and implementing Modern control application
• Support in implementation of Exaopc Solution for OPC Interfaces (both OEM and Third-party applications)

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Multiple project co-ordination and provision of technical support for the successful completion of large Asset Management Systems (AMS), Modular Procedural Automation (MPA) projects for various process units, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Provide advisory and maintenance support including carrying out modifications to the Control strategies to ensure the availability of higher advanced solutions application modules with high up time.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering / Instrumentation & Control engineering with relevant engineering and experience in implementing high end solutions.
• At least 7 years' experience in Interface development in the areas of ICSS – APC-RTO-EMS interface.
• AMS implementation experience in Yokogawa ISAE software would be an added advantage
• Procedural Automation implementation experience in Yokogawa – Exapilot would be an added advantage
• Additional work experience in similar technologies such as Blending & Movement Automation, TAS, Planning and Scheduling and Refinery Analytics is preferable.
• Working experience in interfacing OPC/ OPC UA in different OEM software
• Travel across all sites (ADNOC Offshore/Onshore) in the UAE region is required.

Essential

• Proven ability to deliver a compelling value-based solution in the field of digitalization
• ICSS depth knowledge in the areas SFC/OP-SFC/SEBOL/all functional blocks for developing solution interface with ICSS
• Ability to deliver solutions based on proficiency in P&IDS, PFD studies and process knowledge.
• Good understanding of process plant operation and maintenance.
• Proven track record of field experience and technical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Skills

Essential

• Depth Knowledge of working on DCS platforms preferably Yokogawa DCS Centum VP system.
• Process knowledge and depth experience working in P & IDs, PFD and control narrative and Operational philosophy
