Summary
The Senior Engineer, Line Station is required to support line station flight certification. The main job scope for this role is to perform day-to-day EOB duties, handle CRS certification for transit, refueling, component change and defects rectification at overseas stations and as well as to assist with AOG spares clearance, relief flight and coordination of AOG team for aircraft on AOG overseas.Job Description
Job Description
1) Perform day to day EOB duties as assigned.
a. Flight protection for rostered flight.
b. Attend to technical issues raised by flight crew outstation
c. constant updates to SIN Base during disruption
2) Perform CRS certification for transit, refuelling, component change and defects rectification at overseas stations.
a. Transit check to be completed
b. Carry out refueling activities
c. Coordinate with SIN base for fault rectification, or defect deferral
d. Component replacement to rectify fault.
3) Assist with AOG spares clearance, relief flight and coordination of AOG team for aircraft on AOG overseas.
a. Work with overseas ground staff to facilitate spares movment
b. Assist with arrangement of Customs clearance
c. Provide progressive update on maintenance activity
4) Ensure timely completion of transit and on-time flight departure.
Requirements
Experience with line maintenance operations and inventory management
Team oriented and resourceful but able to work independently, when required
Holds a current and valid CAAS B1 licence
Preferably experience SAR66 License Aircraft Engineer (B1.1) with E2, B787 and A320 type coverage ;
Good Interpersonal skills & Communication skills, both oral and written English
