- Ensure compliance with DOE energy efficiency regulations for designated establishments.
- Prepare and submit required DOE reports such as AER, AECP, and relevant compliance documents.
- Lead or support internal and external energy audits and facilitate DOE inspections.
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and implement energy conservation measures (ECMs) to optimize energy use.
- Maintain updated documentation of energy systems, compliance records, and audit findings.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients in the low carbon energy sector
- Provide technical input during procurement of energy‑related equipment and services.
- Drive the implementation of the organization’s Energy Management Program.
- Conduct or support energy awareness trainings to promote efficient energy use across the organization.
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time
- Must be a Certified Energy Manager/ Auditor
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC retrofitting works.
- Knowledge of DOE energy efficiency regulations and reporting (AER, AECP, audits).
- Ability to analyze energy data and recommend conservation measures.
- Proficiency in energy monitoring tools and MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with DOE and stakeholders, including clients.
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to prepare clear technical reports.
- Project management skills and ability to lead energy efficiency initiatives.
